Fall Sweets mmmmm...

Being October 1st and all, I thought I'd share some of my favorite fall treats with you...

Pumpkin Spice Latte!
From the Starbucks website, the Grande size, made with 2% milk, contains 380 calories.  OUCH!  How can you enjoy this drink without ruining your daily calorie count? Order a Tall or even a Short size – an option that’s not listed on the menu board but is available. Have your drink made with non-fat milk and one less pump of the flavored syrup. Skip the whipped cream and you’ve dropped the drink into a more tolerable calorie range.  (P.s the holiday cup is half the fun for me)



NEW FIND!!!  Just yesterday a girlfriend brought me a little treat and I'm already blogging about it because its that awesome!
SPLENDA Flavours for Coffee
 A mix of SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener and one of two popular flavours - French Vanilla and Hazelnut. Use them to enhance a cup of coffee. Each stick packet sweetens like 2 teaspoons of sugar, without the added calories.  
I had hazelnut in my coffee this morning and it was to die for! 


Thinsations Yogurt Covered Pretzels
My night time snack! The best of both worlds...salty and sweet!  All for 100 calories per pack.


Home made S'mores! 
143 calories or less!  Pop them in the microwave and your good to go!  I use 1 cracker, 2 hershey squares and 1 marshmallow to lower the calories even more :)
