see shay bake... biscotti

On my quest to become more domestic, I've been experimenting with baking.  Last night was a Lemon Cake that turned out way beyond my expectations and tonight was Almond Biscotti.

I decided to tweak the recipe to make it a little less scary to my daily calorie allowance!  I substituted the sugar for splenda (cut the amount in half compared to what the sugar called for as splenda is much sweeter).  

I'll link the recipe below for you guys.  My first attempt at every making Biscotti and it turned out perfect!
